Our services are intended for professional buyers only. You must provide accurate company and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Minimum order values and delivery conditions apply as stated on the site.
Payment and delivery
Payment terms are as agreed (e.g. on invoice or by card). Delivery times and shipping costs are indicated at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery. You must check goods on receipt and notify us of any shortage or damage without delay.
Cancellation and returns
